Create exceptional guest, member, and partner experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and drive engagement.
Successfully manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, strategic partners, vendors, sponsors, and community organizations.
Leverage data, reporting, and performance metrics to evaluate event success, optimize future initiatives, and maximize return on investment.
You will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, and evaluating experiences that drive brand awareness, member acquisition, member retention, and meaningful connections within the communities we serve.
You will oversee event strategy, logistics, vendor and sponsor management, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure every initiative delivers measurable business results.
Proven track record of successfully executing events that drive measurable business outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field preferred.

The expected compensation for this position is $70,304 per year, plus benefits.
Serve as a passionate ambassador of the Next Health mission, values, and brand both within the organization and throughout the communities we serve.
As the Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the Next Health brand through world-class events, strategic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Experience planning luxury, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle events preferred.
