Responsibilities
- Develop accurate scopes of work using Xactimate and other estimating software
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Operations to ensure successful project handoffs
- Maintain accurate project documentation and timely communication throughout the pre-construction process
- This position plays a critical role in developing accurate project scopes, preparing detailed estimates, securing reconstruction projects, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production.
Requirements
- Experience writing estimates in Xactimate (Symbility experience is also beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods
