  • About this position: The Affiliate Account Manager plays a critical role in driving client success and campaign excellence across our brand partnerships.
  • By managing everything from tracking and reporting to paid placements and performance optimization, the Account Manager directly contributes to client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal sales teams to develop and refine campaign strategies that align with performance goals.
  • Optimize affiliate marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign outcomes and adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Collaborate on strategic conversations with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Manage affiliate email inbox and route inquiries to ensure fast and accurate resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and data teams to align on campaign goals and execution.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure campaign milestones are met collaboratively.
  • Lead client calls and internal meetings to align on brand onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues, and share performance updates.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive affiliate success through strategic planning and proactive client management. History of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs through well-executed marketing initiatives.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring flawless execution and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, ideally within the affiliate or influencer marketing space.

Nice to have

  • Specific industry experience or other certifications (preferred or required)
  • Previous experience working with leading affiliate agencies or networks such as CJ, Rakuten, and Impact is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with affiliate marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and affiliate network reporting is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.

Compensation

  • $ 85,000 USD - 95,000 USD
