About the role

  • Must pass annual registration competency exam.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills by training/mentoring peers, collaboration with other teams/departments, and the development of staff training materials. - Researches and resolves Patient Account issues.
  • Provides background for patient complaints to Manager. - Follows department policies and procedures.

Requirements
