About the role

  • Come join us. ​18 month Contract Team Leader- Personal Lines Insurance This leadership role is responsible for leading a team of underwriters.
  • Proving leadership to shape departments goals, coaching and development of team members to achieve individual performance objectives are critical for this role.

Responsibilities

  • ​​Understand corporate and departmental goals, engage team members, and create alignment with overall corporate and departmental direction.
  • Engage in conversations with internal and external stakeholders to articulate corporate direction, goals and plans and create collaborative conversation to achieve results.
  • ​​Lead and manage workflow processes for calls and transactions in a fast-paced environment to ensure SLA's for the department are met or exceeded. ​

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $131,000.
  • Depending on your relevant experience, skills, qualifications, market conditions and business needs, base compensation may vary.
  • You have the potential to earn more through Gore Mutual's discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
  • Please note: This range reflects the expected base salary for this role but may not represent the full compensation range for all experience and skill levels.
