About the role
- RYCO Excavating, Inc. is seeking resumes for a Pipe Laborer to join our excavation team.
- This role requires a detail-oriented and hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other construction documents.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a laborer in utility construction and/or earthwork.
- Knowledge of pipe laying and grading techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in utility construction and earthwork, with knowledge of pipe laying and grading.
Nice to have
- Certification in heavy equipment operation a plus.
- Experience with GPS and other advanced excavation technologies a plus.
- OSHA 10-hour training a plus.
