Responsibilities
- You will own treasury, financial planning, and accounting oversight, working closely with founders, leadership, and external partners.
- You will own and drive all things Finance Operations at Again.
- As a VC-backed company transitioning into a more complex, asset-heavy and multi-entity organization, this role is a critical pillar in building a finance function that can scale with us.
- You will build and run the financial backbone of the company, partner closely with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder reporting, and act as the source of truth for financial performance and runway at Again.
- own AP/AR, monthly close, coordination with external accountants, review of financial statements, audits, tax and compliance, and ownership of chart of accounts and finance systems
- act as source of truth on burn, runway, and financial capacity, build and maintain budgets, forecasts, financial models, monitor spend vs. plan and cash flow across entities
- manage relationships with banks and payment providers and continuously improve cash management and liquidity strategy
- support financial setup and ongoing reporting for SPVs and project entities and coordinate intercompany and transfer pricing structures with external advisors
