About the role
- They are actively seeking an Integration and Test Systems Engineer based in Orlando, FL.
- This position requires an active Secret Clearance.
- Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Workplace Type: Onsite, Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Partners provides both operations & strategic support to tribal 8(a) & commercial organizations.
- Provide technical support to Coalition and MAJCOM training exercises.
- Review/write/update test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.
- This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team supporting developing software for emerging capabilities for the Mobility Air Force Distributed Mission Operations program.
- Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Requirements
- 4 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 0 years experience with Masters in related field
- or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- Must be a US citizen, able to secure and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- 3 - 4 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- Familiar with basic scripting and software development concepts.
- Prior software/hardware testing, analysis, and troubleshooting experience.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with MAF or other Distributed Training Networks and systems.
- Experience with NGTS, other Computer-Generated Forces tools, simulated radios.
- Analysis and troubleshooting of data in DIS/HLA simulation environments/networks.

Compensation
- $82 - 93K per year.
