About the role
- Maintaining hardware and software installation and configuration and analyzing and evaluating network connectivity-related issues.
- This role is onsite with a 6:00am-2:30pm shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and 2 support to Form Energy employees
- Configure, maintain and support IT hardware including user laptops, desktops and lab computers
- Create new user accounts
- Manage an inventory of IT assets and supplies
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience and 1+ years of IT experience
- Experience with printer support
- Experience with standard business applications, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Adobe Acrobat, 1Password
Nice to have
- IT support/helpdesk experience with Windows in an AD environment
- Mac experience is a plus
