About the role
- Plays a key role in preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.
- Focuses on the execution of change management strategies, resulting in increased benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of business results and outcomes.
- Assess change readiness and evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes on varied employee populations, identifying potential risks and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of change management plans to drive adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, and technologies.
- Develop plans to anticipate, identify, minimize, and address resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and resources to leaders and teams to support them in adapting to change and overcoming resistance.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of multi-channel strategic communications and events to support stakeholder awareness and buy-in.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training materials and facilitate training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills to adopt new processes, technologies, etc.

- Leverage leading change management methodologies and practices to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Perform other duties as required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or relevant field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in change management, project management, communications, or training required.
- Change management certification (CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, Prosci, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
- Consulting capabilities preferred.
Skills
- Proven track record of successful change initiatives
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
