About the role

This position is responsible for ensuring engineering and project activities are developed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, permit conditions, and project
- specifications throughout the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-Up (EPC) phases. The Regulatory Compliance Engineer serves as the interface between Engineering disciplines, Project Management, Construction, Quality, Environmental, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into project deliverables
