About the role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Artemis ABA, you will serve as a clinical subject matter expert for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and collaborate closely with clients, leadership, sales, and product teams.
This is a unique opportunity to influence innovation in the ABA space, help shape the product roadmap, and work directly with technologists to deliver cutting-edge ABA solutions.

Review and validate customer requirements and help prioritize them on the product roadmap.
Support implementation and customer success teams during onboarding and ongoing client engagement.
Develop deep product knowledge to align with client and market needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap.
Advocate for product capabilities both internally (leadership, sales, client success) and externally (clients, partners).

Active BCBA Certification
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with ABA software or practice management platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for technology and improving the delivery of ABA services.
