About the role

  • We are seeking a talented Production Artist to join our creative team.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all deliverables meet our high-quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Production: Transform design concepts into high-quality print and digital assets, including advertisements, brochures, banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, web graphics, and other marketing materials while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks to ensure all deliverables are accurate, error-free, meet brand standards, and satisfy project specifications before release.
  • Apply Design Fundamentals: Consistently apply strong design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, and layout, to maintain polished, effective, and brand-consistent creative.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, layout, and overall design principles.
  • As a Production Artist, you will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and fellow team members to produce a wide range of assets, spanning from digital to print.

Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with other relevant creative software.
  • Production Expertise: Strong understanding of prepress and production workflows, including color management, file preparation, packaging, and output for both print and digital deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, accept feedback, and contribute ideas when appropriate.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, production art, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating production expertise across print and digital media.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with other relevant creative software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, accept feedback, and contribute ideas when appropriate.
  • Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, composition, spacing, layout, and overall design principles. Able to consistently apply these fundamentals to produce polished, effective, and brand-compliant creative.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing pixel-perfect, accurate, and error-free work.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of production work, demonstrating design capabilities, creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Experience with Figma and collaborative design workflows is a plus, including working with shared libraries, design systems, and production-ready assets.
