About the role

  • We're hiring Linkup's first GTM Engineer - a technical builder who will architect the systems powering how we grow, learn, and engage with users.
  • This role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • You'll automate how we find, qualify, and reach new users

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable growth systems - from outbound automation to usage-based lead scoring and CRM enrichment.
  • Design and maintain integrations across our GTM stack (Attio, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, internal APIs, etc.).
  • Feed qualified leads to the sales and forward-deployed teams through automated workflows and analytics.
  • Build automation that captures and structures signals from new users to drive conversion and engagement and support product specialists.
  • Build systems that support retention, expansion and customer-success outreach (e.g., detecting churn risk, triggering re-engagement)

  • Demonstrated ability to turn messy data and processes into scalable systems that drive pipeline or adoption.

  • Build an autonomous outbound sequence combining LinkedIn, email, and product usage signals.
  • Design a pipeline that analyzes prospect queries and crafts personalized reach-outs.
