Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of the Finance Transformation & Governance workstream, including TSA exit and post-TSA capabilities across core finance functions
- Support the design and stand-up of new finance organizations, including structure, process, and system enablement
- Manage the integration of tools, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows to support long-term financial governance
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and decision trackers
- Support change management and training efforts to drive adoption of new processes and tools
- Maintain project documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint)
- Is a compelling storyteller - Builds visually engaging and executive-ready PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate strategy, progress, and impact to drive buy-in and decision-making
- Builds strong partnerships - Fosters collaboration, trust, and alignment across diverse teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
Nice to have
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in transformation, separation, or finance operations initiatives
- Specialized experience in Controllership, FP&A, and Financial Shared Services (chargebacks, contract administration, and RX connectivity)
- PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Miro, Jira)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
