About the role
- Represent Rewards Network in a positive and professional manner
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy client needs and achieve departmental/organization objectives
Responsibilities
- The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing direct support to the Sales Team/Account Executives in the ongoing development for the existing and prospective Rewards Network Clients.
- The primary goal as an Inside Sales Representative is to drive revenue growth by identifying qualified appointments.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the client's business challenges and objectives to appropriately address their needs
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in your allocated account portfolio by networking
- Achieve and maintain all monthly/quarterly objective
- Effectively work new leads/prospects in order to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3Years of Sales or Customer Service Experience Required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to type 30 WPM
Nice to have
- Outbound Sales or Telemarketing experience preferred, however Retail Sales Experience is acceptable
- Cold Calling experience with the ability to effectively sell products & services preferred
- AS400 Software experience a plus
Skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal to all levels within the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven key account management skills
