  • This role is deeply strategic and deeply hands-on.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate AI agents to ship product features end-to-end by owning the full lifecycle from product shaping and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration across web and/or mobile.
  • Raise the engineering team's ceiling with AI by identifying opportunities to embed AI into how the team builds (automated code review, test generation, release tooling, incident analysis).
  • Maintain the shared context and configuration that keeps these tools effective as the codebase evolves.
  • Build reusable abstractions, APIs, standards, and internal platforms that make AI leverage scalable across the organization instead of trapped in one team or one power user's setup.

  • Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and model capabilities, continuously evaluating what's worth adopting and rapidly operationalizing the improvements that matter.
