About the role
- Beep is looking for a detail-oriented and technically fluent Technical Product Manager to serve as the connective tissue between our Product and Engineering teams.
- You will be the day-to-day operator in Jira, keeping work organized, priorities clear, and teams aligned.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira-managing, refining, and prioritizing epics, features, and tasks in alignment with the product roadmap
- Manage the product roadmap and epic structure, ensuring epics are well-defined, sequenced, and traceable to business objectives
- Partner closely with Engineering to ensure user stories are mapped to the correct epics and roadmap initiatives, maintaining alignment between product intent and development execution
- Drive sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate and manage the release process from development through staging to production
- Maintain release notes, changelogs, and version documentation
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role within a software development environment
- Strong working proficiency in Jira-comfortable configuring boards, workflows, and dashboards, not just creating tickets
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
Nice to have
- Experience in the transportation, mobility, or autonomous vehicle industry
- Experience with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, or similar development and documentation tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Experience managing releases in a production environment with multiple deployment targets
- Background in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work. experience with tools like Claude or Claude Code to improve productivity, streamline documentation, or assist with analysis is a plus

Compensation
- $100k-$120k
