About the role

  • The marketing org that helped get us here is in Bangalore and ships at engineering-org velocity.
  • That's the seat you'd be joining: one of the first marketing hires in San Francisco at a company already at scale, working alongside a global team that doesn't slow down.
  • The norm at most companies is to hire interns to free up the full-time team.

Responsibilities

  • Write the LinkedIn post, edit the Reels, pitch the creator, show up at the event, reply on Reddit at 11pm, then build the AI app that does it all faster next time.
  • You've shipped something: a side project, a Substack, a YouTube channel, an AI tool, a Discord, a brand for someone you don't work for. You don't wait for permission to build.
  • You'd rather build a system that does the work than do the work.
  • Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent.
  • Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.
  • Let's build the future of software together.

Requirements

  • You know which trends are about to break before they do, and you can write a hook that makes people stop scrolling.
  • AI tools are already how you work.

Skills

  • Be wrong often, and move on fast.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off: take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed
  • Flexible Working Hours: work arrangements that fit your life and commitments
  • Real ownership, meaningful equity, and a clear path to growth.
  • Fast learning and direct impact on products used by millions.
