About the role
- Are you a licensed clinician tired of the insurance mill and high-volume quotas?

- As a Recovery Specialist, you will work in a 100% cash-based environment alongside elite Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one outcomes without insurance-driven constraints.
Responsibilities
- Perform golf-specific orthopedic examinations and movement screens (TPI-based).
- Develop individualized "Performance Longevity" plans for golfers of all levels.
- Deliver high-end recovery sessions including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and mobility work.
- Maintain accurate digital documentation.
- To maintain our standard of care, candidates must hold one of the following active credentials:
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in soft tissue techniques and joint mobilization.
- Strong understanding of corrective exercise and performance integration.
Nice to have
- Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification
- CSCS or equivalent strength & conditioning credential
- Experience in a private-pay or high-end sports performance environment
- Golf background or familiarity with competitive golf culture
- Full-time position (Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday & Saturday).
