About the role
- We seek a motivated Director of Manufacturing to join our seed-stage startup.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of the production process and ensure customer orders ship on-time and in-spec.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable with uncertainty and can solve open-ended problems systematically.
Responsibilities
- Manage resources, equipment, personnel, and schedules to ensure on-time and in-spec delivery of customer orders.
- Create robust systems to improve yield and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Design and execute experiments to optimize process parameters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven success in achieving manufacturing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
