About the role

  • We seek a motivated Director of Manufacturing to join our seed-stage startup.
  • You will be responsible for all aspects of the production process and ensure customer orders ship on-time and in-spec.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable with uncertainty and can solve open-ended problems systematically.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resources, equipment, personnel, and schedules to ensure on-time and in-spec delivery of customer orders.
  • Create robust systems to improve yield and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize process parameters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven success in achieving manufacturing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management.
