About the role

We seek a motivated Director of Manufacturing to join our seed-stage startup.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the production process and ensure customer orders ship on-time and in-spec.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with uncertainty and can solve open-ended problems systematically.

Manage resources, equipment, personnel, and schedules to ensure on-time and in-spec delivery of customer orders.
Create robust systems to improve yield and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Design and execute experiments to optimize process parameters.

Bachelor's degree.
Proven success in achieving manufacturing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and dynamically in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and time management.
