Responsibilities
- Manage team scheduling, staffing levels, and workload distribution
- Monitor and drive performance metrics including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery
- Develop and coach warehouse personnel, including Leads and technicians
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Partner with operations, planning, and supply chain teams to align material flow with business needs
- Collectors uses e-Verify to validate your ability to work legally in the United States.

Requirements
- Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS systems, and warehouse best practices
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification
Skills
- Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.
Compensation
- The salary for this position is $ 69,377.00 - 75,000.00.
- Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
