About the role
- As a key member of the Product Management team, you will take ownership of critical components of Overjet's Insurance AI platform, reporting to a Product leader within the Insurance organization.
- This role is central to scaling one of Overjet's most important product areas.
- Success requires balancing speed, quality, and competing priorities while shipping continuously in a live enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale key product areas within Overjet's insurance AI platform, with a focus on claims automation and operational workflows
- Drive prioritization and execution across multiple workstreams, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term scalability
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and ML teams to deliver technically sound, production-ready solutions
- Lead the Future of Dentistry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or data-driven products
- Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend- or data-heavy systems
- Ability to make sound tradeoffs and move quickly without losing focus on outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment
- Proven ability to own and scale complex product areas in fast-moving environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
