About the role
- We are looking for our first North America Solutions Partner Manager to build a high-impact ecosystem of solution partners across North America.
- This role is ideal for someone who combines strong partner management experience and who thrives in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

- You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing a network of solutions partners who build, integrate, and deliver innovative voice-AI experiences on top of the ElevenLabs platform.
- You will build joint GTM plans with key partners to drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building and managing successful regional solutions partnerships in North America
- Strong understanding of API-driven products and the ability to partner closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
