About the role
- This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and coordination with other plant departments to ensure smooth production flow.
- Shift 12-hour rotating shift: 6:00 am-6:30 pm (days) and 6:00 pm - 6:30am (nights), alternating every 12 weeks.

Responsibilities
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to lead a team and set clear direction.
- Actively engage in operational processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Support team members in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in the packaging department.
- Manage needs of the packaging area, including crewing levels/assignment of roles, schedule adjustments, and pack materials management to ensure consistent efficient process flow.
- Uphold and enforce cleaning and sanitation protocols to maintain a high standard of hygiene.

Requirements
- Ability to train others in job functions within the Packaging area.
- Familiarity with packaging systems, including but not limited to KSE, Courbon, Advanced Engineering, General Packer baggers, and Newtec palletizers.
- Ability to work at elevated heights.
