About the role

  • As a member of a collaborative team, this role will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of all elements of the Tarsus Compliance program.
  • Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
  • Assist the Compliance Officer with other projects and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize relationships with external vendors supporting transparency reporting and related systems, including oversight of data quality, performance, and process improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support for the Company by assisting with employee questions and concerns.
  • Outcome Driven - Demonstrates strong outcomes focus by aligning teams around shared priorities, proactively addressing risks and dependencies, and driving cross-functional accountability to sustain progress and deliver results.

Requirements

  • Some travel may be required - up to 10%

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting or managing transparency reporting programs, including federal Open Payments and applicable state reporting requirements a plus.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical guidance for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, coupled with strong ethics and integrity.
  • Experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, or emerging technologies (including AI) to improve processes, generate insights, or enhance operational efficiency preferred.

Skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Compensation

  • The expected base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $168,000 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits.
