Responsibilities
- Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principals with support from the solution manager.
- Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories based on defined requirements for small- to medium-sized projects that follow standard practices and guidelines.
- Works with Solution Managers and other Solution Analysts to understand and support WellSky's product strategy and roadmap Specialty Care solutions.
- Prioritizes and manages the product backlog for development planning and grooming meetings.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years relevant work experience
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs and 3rd party integrations.
- Experience with data analytics tools, big data and business intelligence.
- Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
