- Carnegie Mellon University's Offices of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, residing within its Student Affairs division, is searching for a Business Operations Coordinator.
Requirements
- Sponsorship: Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work for CMU in the United States.
- An alternate work schedule allowing for evening and weekend hours will be required on occasion.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- Prior higher education experience preferred
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years experience required
- 3+ years preferred
- Prior project management experience preferred
Skills
- First line reviewer of Alcohol Event Registrations (AER).
- Contributes to creation and delivery of presentations, including content delivery.
- Serves as resource to the administrative assistant to provide guidance and mentorship.
Compensation
- Assists in planning and delivery of annual events and divisional conference, and monthly divisional staff forums, including content design and delivery.
