- As a Selections Consultant, you'll help homeowners bring their dream backyard to life by guiding them through one of the most exciting stages of their pool journey-selecting the finishes and features that personalize their investment.
Responsibilities
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining design, relationship-building, and consultative sales to create exceptional results for every homeowner.
- Maintain product expertise and customer-focused solutions by staying current on product offerings, design trends, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations and enhance the overall material selection experience.
- Support divisional operations by assisting with customer surveys, performing additional sales administrative and operational duties as assigned, and consistently following Anthony & Sylvan Pools' policies, procedures, and service standards.
