Responsibilities

Experience teaching upper-division undergraduate courses involving research design, policy analysis, and/or data interpretation.
This position supports upper-division undergraduate instruction in public policy, governance, and related fields, with particular emphasis on policy analysis, research design, and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in public policy analysis, including applied research methods.
Ability to mentor students in substantial research or policy analysis projects.
Professional experience in legislative, executive, or policy environments.

Skills

Strong quantitative research skills, including statistical or data analysis for policy evaluation.
Experience using tools such as R, Stata, SPSS, or similar.
