About the role

  • This role is based at Atlantic Fields Club, a Discovery Land Company property located just outside Hobe Sound, Florida.
  • Atlantic Fields is seeking a Server to join the Food and Beverage Service Department.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional experiences through genuine hospitality and clear, professional communication with Members, Guests, and fellow Team Members at every interaction.
  • Welcome all Members and Guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, proactively anticipate their needs, and respond with a sense of urgency to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences throughout every interaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas at all times including all dining outlets, restaurants, and service stations, complete daily stocking, and adhere to food safety standards, communicate with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed
  • Perform opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: cleaning, inventory, prep, and restocking.
  • Maintain the proper care, cleanliness, and organization of all restaurant equipment, ensuring it is handled, operated, and maintained in accordance with Club standards.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the needs of the Club and ensure operational excellence.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative, team-first mindset by working effectively with fellow Team Members to create exceptional Member and Guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and local food safety standards, with the ability to obtain and maintain all required state food safety certifications.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
