Report all hazards or unsafe situations that cannot be corrected on their own to manager
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle - inside & outside
Maintain familiarity with different trucks/trailers in order to accurately inspect trucks, trailers, tires, pins, lights, etc.

Your success will depend on your ability to adhere to daily routes, load the fuel truck, and complete pre-and post-trip inspections while maintaining to all Department of Transportation regulations and procedures.
Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Minimum 2 years Commercial Transportation (Class 1/A) experience.
Previous experience with liquid loads is considered an asset
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure truck is performing to required standards.
Complete daily shift report and all required paperwork with accurate information

Good judgment skills and some technical skills
Strong safety focus required
Your Experience:
Valid commercial truck driver's license with a clean Driver's Abstract
Class 1 designation with air brakes, WHMIS & Dangerous Goods Certification
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Minimum 2 years Commercial Transportation (Class 1/A) experience. Previous experience with liquid loads is considered an asset
