Requirements
- Familiarity with data and AI architecture and governance concepts.
- Proficiency with project and product management tools and AI‑enabled execution tooling.
- Willingness to travel as required by clients.

- Strong data and AI literacy:
- Understanding of data modeling/semantic modeling, analytics, and how AI/ML applications solve business problems.
- Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams (technical and non‑technical) in an agile environment-including multiple products managers and product portfolios.
- Demonstrated strength in client relationship management:
- Building trusted relationships with executive/c-level stakeholders.
- Translating complex business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong grasp of agile and product development life cycles, including backlog management, iterative delivery, and KPI‑driven decision making.
- Experience working within change-heavy transformations (digital, data, analytics, AI), with an understanding of change management principles and how to drive adoption of new platforms and products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
