Requirements

- Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- This position requires you to complete training on site at 4721 Lake Park Drive Johnson City, TN 37615. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program where you will work from home as long as you are performing in role, have proper working conditions, and technology that is required.
- Schedule requirements:
- Range 9:00am - 9:00pm.
- Must work a set Saturday or Sunday.
- Must work a minimum of one night per week.
- Available schedules will be discussed at time of official job offer.

- Coaches/trains lower level Collectors and new team members.
