Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Construction Manager, you'll lead field execution activities for major construction projects and serve as a key liaison between contractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Lead day-to-day construction activities for pipeline and facility projects
  • Support project reporting, documentation, turnover, and closeout activities
  • Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and delivery approaches
  • Lead front-end planning, estimating, and contracting strategies
  • Lead contractor selection and manage key contractor relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across projects

  • Lead the planning and execution of natural gas pipeline and facility construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of construction management experience
  • 5+ years supporting large capital projects valued at $50M+
  • 12+ years of construction management experience
  • 7+ years leading complex construction efforts with broad project responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting natural gas pipeline, energy infrastructure, or process facility construction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
