Responsibilities
- As a Senior Construction Manager, you'll lead field execution activities for major construction projects and serve as a key liaison between contractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Lead day-to-day construction activities for pipeline and facility projects
- Support project reporting, documentation, turnover, and closeout activities
- Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and delivery approaches
- Lead front-end planning, estimating, and contracting strategies
- Lead contractor selection and manage key contractor relationships
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across projects

- Lead the planning and execution of natural gas pipeline and facility construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of construction management experience
- 5+ years supporting large capital projects valued at $50M+
- 12+ years of construction management experience
- 7+ years leading complex construction efforts with broad project responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting natural gas pipeline, energy infrastructure, or process facility construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
