Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and external attorneys to assist in negotiating and closing transactions.
  • Prepare and manage account opening documentation and review and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) materials.
  • Partner with the firm's Compliance team to support the firm's compliance and regulatory practices.
  • Support internal counsel in managing the corporate action and class action litigation workstreams
  • Manage the organization, storage, and dissemination of legal documents and other departmental records.
  • Provide direct support to SFM attorneys on a range of legal, transactional, and operational matters, as needed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal or in a similar capacity
  • The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation

  • We anticipate the base salary of this role to be between $120,000- $150,000.
