Partner with internal and external attorneys to assist in negotiating and closing transactions.
Prepare and manage account opening documentation and review and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) materials.
Partner with the firm's Compliance team to support the firm's compliance and regulatory practices.
Support internal counsel in managing the corporate action and class action litigation workstreams
Manage the organization, storage, and dissemination of legal documents and other departmental records.
Provide direct support to SFM attorneys on a range of legal, transactional, and operational matters, as needed.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of experience working as a paralegal or in a similar capacity
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
