AFM Industries is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Oshawa, Ontario.
Whether you are a recent graduate or have some experience under your belt, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing-from pricing to digital promotion strategy.

Maintain and update monthly inventory spreadsheets.
Product Pricing Support:
Collaborate with the manager to understand margin requirements and pricing strategies.
Develop and manage event budgets, covering venue costs, marketing, and exhibitor fees.
Create detailed schedules and timelines to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist in the creation and production of high-quality print collateral such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other promotional materials to support brand visibility.
Collaborate with creative consultants to ensure visually compelling and brand-aligned designs for print materials.
Manage the printing process, including vendor communication, proofing, and quality assurance.
Support the development and deployment of digital campaigns across multiple platforms to complement print efforts and amplify brand awareness.
Research and implement best practices for engaging stakeholders through a mix of targeted print and digital strategies.

Develop a strong understanding of the product, market, and competitive landscape.
Any other duties as required by management
Computer savvy, with strong working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research platforms
Ability to meet deadlines.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, Based on experience
