Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CFO (and partnering closely with other executives), you will drive the roadmap for Business Intelligence, data governance, and systems integration.
  • You will ensure our technology platforms support scalable processes, actionable dashboards, and strategic insights while maintaining security, compliance, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and/or Systems Integration, including at least 5 years at the Manager level or above.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-grade data and analytics solutions and driving system transformations in a growing organization.
  • Strong expertise in:

Nice to have

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric, data lakehouse).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
  • Professional certifications in cloud/data platforms or integration (e.g., Azure Architect, MuleSoft Integration Architect).
  • Experience in industries with complex manufacturing and field-service data streams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Skills

  • Cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse.
  • Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik).
  • ERP/CRM configuration and integration (Epicor, Salesforce, or similar).
  • API development, orchestration, and integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include criminal/civil background checks
