  • The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR Management in order to contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve HR policy, compliance, and process issues; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures; ensure alignment with California employment law.
  • Utilize WOW methodology to support consistent HR processes.
  • Review and validate timecards, schedules, and wage changes; ensure wage and hour compliance.
  • Promote a positive work environment and support conflict resolution.
  • Conduct or support investigations with proper documentation and reporting.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Serve as Philanthropic Lead for Wonderful Giving, Wonderful Together, and Good Neighbor programs.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) with teammates and client groups.

Compensation

  • Support the annual GROW cycle, including goal setting and compensation planning.
