Responsibilities

  • Maintains order on Belterra's property providing extraordinary guest service at all times and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of property fire control systems.
  • Performs dispatch activities and logs all dispatches accurately.
  • Maintains confidentiality with respect to company and guest information.
  • Ability to perform duties under varying conditions, including but not limited to exposure to varying levels of smoke, crowds, noise and changing weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to traverse stairs, uneven surfaces, varied flooring surfaces and ground covering while patrolling, responding to calls for service or emergency situations.
  • Must be able to identify and quickly respond to potential problems, altercations and conflicts.
