Responsibilities

  • Mary Bird Perkins and its partners work together to provide state-of-the-art treatments and unparalleled collaborative, comprehensive cancer services.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a thorough evaluation and evidence-based care.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships through compassionate, patient-centered communication.

Requirements

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Specialty certifications are welcomed but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • If you are passionate about helping people regain strength, function, and confidence during and after cancer treatment, we would love to hear from you.
  • Current Louisiana licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Interest in oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema, pelvic health, or specialty outpatient care.
  • willingness to pursue advanced training is highly valued.
