Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights & Analytics, you'll transform data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy and drive business growth.
  • You'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage advanced analytics to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Create compelling reports and visualizations that influence decision-making across the organization.
  • Partner with data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Retail or banking industry experience is an asset.

  • Strong data skills: SQL, Python, SAS (certification is a plus).

Skills

  • Expertise data visualization and experience with BI tools.
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.
  • Proactive ownership of projects and ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Passion for data, technology, and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with emerging technologies and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions.

Compensation

  • Our typical hiring range is between $80,000 and $95,000.
  • Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
  • For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-NZ2
