About the role

You will sit at the intersection of IT, security, and business operations, helping to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into practical, production-ready solutions.
Our team is based in Boston, MA with a hybrid schedule of two days per week in the office.

Designed and implemented connectors between AI systems and internal or third-party platforms such as Salesforce or Workday
Curious and pragmatic engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems and building systems that others rely on

This level of experience is important because the role requires independently scoping ambiguous problems, designing scalable systems, and delivering production-ready solutions that can be adopted across the organization.
Collaborative and business-minded, with the ability to understand workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Experience working with AI technologies such as LLMs and an understanding of how to integrate them into applications and workflows
Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations
Familiarity with authentication and security patterns such as OAuth, JWT, and IAM
Ability to debug across full-stack systems including services, APIs, workflows, and cloud infrastructure
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with enterprise automation or integration platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments
