About the role
- You will sit at the intersection of IT, security, and business operations, helping to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into practical, production-ready solutions.
- Our team is based in Boston, MA with a hybrid schedule of two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Designed and implemented connectors between AI systems and internal or third-party platforms such as Salesforce or Workday
- Curious and pragmatic engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems and building systems that others rely on
Requirements
- This level of experience is important because the role requires independently scoping ambiguous problems, designing scalable systems, and delivering production-ready solutions that can be adopted across the organization.
- Collaborative and business-minded, with the ability to understand workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Experience working with AI technologies such as LLMs and an understanding of how to integrate them into applications and workflows
- Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations
- Familiarity with authentication and security patterns such as OAuth, JWT, and IAM
- Ability to debug across full-stack systems including services, APIs, workflows, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise automation or integration platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments
