About the role

This role receives and processes asset requests, coordinates vehicle checkout and recovery, and ensures compliance with command directed priorities.

Receive and process vehicle and equipment requests Schedule, dispatch, checkout, and recover fleet assets Ensure compliance with command asset issue priorities Coordinate with maintenance shops on asset availability Track damage reports and operator feedback Recall equipment when maintenance is due Maintain fleet records in Fleet Focus Assist with fuel receipt collection and FAST reporting
