- This is a Santa Clara, CA hybrid-based role, reporting to the Senior Director IT Operations, Digital Employee Experience in the IT Digital Employee Experience department.
Responsibilities

- Partner with executive leaders to lead technical rehearsals, pre-production show-flow reviews, speaker prep, and perform basic post-production editing
- Serve as the primary AV lead for customer-facing Executive Briefing Center sessions and Multipurpose Rooms, pre-testing video walls, tuning acoustics, and authoring user documentation
- You possess a solution-oriented focus, eagerly tackling complex technical and operational challenges to create broad, positive organizational impact.
- You excel at building cross-functional partnerships, fostering trust, and collaborating closely with diverse teams to drive alignment and project success.
Compensation
- $172,000 - $215,000 USD
- Zscaler complies with all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency rules.
