About the role

- This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top-tier clinical professionals, including ECMO specialists and perfusionists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract ECMO specialists, coordinators and perfusionists.
- Screening, interviewing, and vetting of candidates Managing the offering, contracting, and full onboarding process Collaborate with hiring managers to understand forward-looking staffing needs and recruit in advance of the need.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ECMO and cardiovascular care roles is a plus.
Compensation
