Responsibilities
- This includes well-being dollars, dedicated well-being navigators, and many programs, activities, articles, videos, personal coaching and tools to support you on your journey.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience working in a hospital and/or clinic setting
Nice to have
- Registered Dietitian credential (RD) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration within 90 days of hire required, and
- License (LD) through the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice within 90 days of hire required, and
- Certification (CD) with Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (inpatient Dietitians only) within 90 days of hire.
- Current employees must obtain their CD with Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services by March 31, 2026
- Certified Diabetes Educator
- National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators preferred upon hire
- Valid Driver's License required upon hire
- MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment if providing services for Home Care and Hospice
Compensation
- $29.31 to $40.17 per hour
- The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range.
- Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
