About the role
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000/yr (DOE) Location: West Chester, OH Schedule: (On-Site) Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the assessment and optimization of pharmacy workflows to optimize pharmacy resources and operational efficiencies.
- Develops and oversees policies and procedures establishing safe practices for infusion therapy handling in the pharmacy, during transport, at the suite, and patient's home.
- Reviews, receives/verifies all new patient orders, and documents the same on the respective order form.

- Serves as a point of escalation for issues requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
