About the role
- You'll have more ownership than at most companies - you'll shape architecture, make decisions that impact the entire engineering organization, and work across the stack to ensure our platform scales smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using modern Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Own CI/CD pipelines and improve developer workflows, tooling, and automation.
- Partner closely with backend and frontend engineers to design resilient system architectures.
- Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, and ongoing reliability improvements.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, distributed systems, and system performance.
- Familiarity with logging, metrics, tracing, and modern observability stacks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership.
- Experience managing production environments at scale.
- Experience with service mesh, event-driven architectures, or multi-region deployments.
