About the role
- About the Project TSMG is supporting a large-scale Robotics AI data collection project that helps improve artificial intelligence and robotics systems through real-world video recordings.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys networking and working with people.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and business representatives.
- Track participant progress and maintain accurate recruitment and attendance records.
- Support participant retention by maintaining regular communication and engagement.
- Enjoys meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- Able to motivate participants and maintain engagement throughout the project.
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate multiple participants and schedules simultaneously.
- Basic English communication skills (additional local language proficiency is required for your market).
- Ensure all participants receive and complete the required onboarding information and documentation.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, community management, event coordination, or business development is preferred but not required.
